Hi, I’m Alessandro.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve built my career across Europe and Asia at the intersection of tech, sales, marketing, and enablement. My journey started in Milan, after studying management and computer engineering, when I entered the world of startups and digital marketing. That’s where I discovered my passion for go-to-market strategy, content creation, and understanding how sales teams really work.

That mix of technical and creative experience took me around the world and eventually brought me to Singapore in 2019.

I worked in tech and advertising, first in sales, then leading marketing initiatives, and later moving into enablement. Alongside work, I completed an MBA at the National University of Singapore, a milestone that helped me sharpen my vision for the kind of work I wanted to focus on.

What I’ve learned is this: growth doesn’t come from sales alone. It comes from aligning strategy with enablement and powering both through creative execution. Today, that’s the heart of my work. I help companies grow with vision and purpose, and I give teams the strategies, tools, and stories they need to succeed.
